In addition to the yearly license fee, Thought Development charges a one-time implementation fee required to install the product at a client's facilities. The following comes standard with implementation:

• On-site installation of the server hardware and software (NOTE: Excludes FileMaker Pro seat installation on users' computers)
• On-site installation of the secondary server hardware and software
• On-site and off-site installation and testing of remote access
• Custom configuration of preferences as per Needs Analysis Project Charter document.
