Thought Development Corporation can provide certified ON-AIR Pro™ personnel to be stationed at client's site after the system goes live. Our certified technicians/instructors are available to answer questions and attend to the needs of new users.

Help-desk services can be purchased as a stand-alone package, with up to five certified technicians/instructors per day, for a block of five-days maximum, or on a daily basis.
