On-Spot is the cutting edge of promotions. The process of creating rough off-line versions of a promo to save valuable on-line editing time is a standard in the promotions industry. Digital edit bays have simplified this process. On-Spot takes this process one step further; with viewing of spots directly over the network or internet (Fig E-1).

Why lay the spots to tape when they are already in digital format? On-Spot allows the user to view the spot directly via the internal network. If the user is allowed, they can set the approval status immediately from any workstation, without the use of tape.
