Scheduling is a module that provides in depth scheduling capability to users of On-Screen (Fig. 3-A). By browsing to a particular date you can build a daily session, schedule manually or automatically from an unlimited number of user-defined templates.

A further level of detail is available where the scheduling user can select current work from the projects module and add them to the workload for a given session. Editors, upon logging in, go directly to their session to find their assigned work. They can track their hours on a per project basis via the Editor's worksheet, which is integrated in the schedule. The information is passed on for billing and payroll.
