The PROJECTS module (Fig. 1-A) is the center-piece of the On-Screen system.  It is where projects are created and worked on throughout the creative production workflow.  The module tracks the entire trailer/spot production process through the creation of job sheets. (Fig. 1-B). Phased due dates, scripts/rough cuts, EDL's, music cues, auto-generated timecode, logs for masters, job-masters, dub-requests and client reels, are all included, along withmanaging approvals, editors timesheets, and billing.

With the use of worksheet screens for each phase of production, it gives motion picture marketing companies a competitive edge.  With access to real-time data, projects can be tracked on a moment-by-moment basis so that users or managers can easily view the progress of one or multiple spots or trailers.
