Scheduling is a module that provides in depth scheduling capability to users of ON-AIR Pro. By browsing to a particular date you can build a daily session scheduled manually or automatically from an unlimited number of user-defined templates (Fig. 3.1).

A further level of detail is available where the scheduling user can select actual promos from the PROMOS module and add them to the workload for a given session (Fig. 3.2). This closes the loop on production tracking because ON-AIR Pro can then use these scheduled promos to build automatic assignment sheets for each individual producer.

Simple online assignments are generated, eliminating the need for excessive paper printing of weekly or daily assignments. Producers and editors hours can also be tracked on a per project basis (Fig. 3.3), a function used to calculate job costing.

This integrated scheduler can be used for both in-house and off-site facilities scheduling.
