After
The Ant Farm's successful implementation, the new product,
ON-Screen 1.0 is now made available to trailer houses.
Thought Development took on the challenge of transforming
ON-AIR Pro into a suitable tool for the production of
trailers and television spots. The workflow system
contains many of the same features as its predecessor
ON-AIR Pro, except it lends itself to tracking multiple
versions of a spot prior to being approved by the client.
On-Screen is a custom designed database
that focuses on the "whole picture" of spot
production and tracking. Everything from the first creative
script to the finishing is planned out and tracked in
On-Screen. With On-Screen you will have all the necessary
tools at your disposal to follow a spot through the
production process, allowing you to know critical information
at any time without relying on e-mail or phone calls.
Our seamlessly integrated modules allow information
to be shared dynamically and efficiently between departments.
On-Screen comes with a complete Projects module that
keeps a record of all of your Jobs, Spots, and versions.
Want to know if you billed for the graphics on version
3? This kind of information and more is easy to find
in On-Screen. Also standard is a full featured Library
module. Tape tracking, labels, shipping receipts, and
electronic tape logs are a few of the things you will
be able to take advantage of in the Library. With the
Scheduling Module you will be able to track how much
time your editors spend on any project, spot, or version;
a must for accurate billing. A Graphics module is also
standard which includes a graphic work order system
complete with approvals and image thumbnails for a quick
way to view graphics for any job. On-Screen also comes
with a Contacts Module so you will never have to rifle
through your desk for that important number ever again.
On-Screen also has the following optional plug-in modules
for additional functionality: ON-Spot,
ON-Slate,
ON-Script,
ON-Labels,
and ON-Dubs.
The ON-Cue plug-in is integrated into the Projects module,
under its own Music tab.
