Co-founder, Owner and CEO
J.T.'s leadership has been paramount to the oversight of domestic and international operations, strategic development activities, and internal technology. A computer industry veteran since 1988, he has instituted growth strategies that created vital, foundation-firming exposure in film and television promotions industries. J.T.'s rich understanding of business and technology cycles continue to inform Thought Development's success.
Jonathan Mickelson Owner and Chief Technical Officer
Jonathan Mickelson has been a technical and creative driver for our flagship products since 1997, blending his academic background in computer science, operations management and graphic design with years of experience in improving software to make life better for users. Jonathan works with the product development team to promote powerful user interfaces, comprehensive software design and the operational streamlining that are hallmarks of Thought Development's products.
Sandra AlexCo-founder, Owner and President
In overseeing TDC's communications and advertising relations, Sandra's mission is to clearly convey the need for workflow innovation within the promotions industries. She has been performing systems analysis and workgroup solutions development for broadcast and cable entities since 1989. This experience, combined with studies in Communications and Computer Programming, has provided crucial insight into to the initial development and future growth of Thought Development's products.
Frank J. Radice
Creative Advisor
Frank J. Radice is the Creative Advisor for Thought Development and ON-AIR Pro™, managing partner in the promotion, marketing, media, and consulting firm,
VIDA F.R. Company, in New York and London, and former president and chief marketing officer of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS).
From 2002 to 2008, Frank served as Executive Vice President of Advertising and Promotion for The NBC Agency in New York. He received the TV Week Magazine/PROMAX Campaign of Distinction award in 2007, was inducted into the PROMAX Hall of Fame in 2004, and named Brand Builder of the Year by Multichannel News and Broadcasting and Cable Magazine in 2003.
Andy Anderson
Executive Project ManagerAndy Anderson is the Executive Project Manager for Thought Development, overseeing all new ON-AIR Pro™ installs. He has over fifteen years managing projects with detail and a high level of organization. Since his background also includes managing businesses, facilities, production and sales, he brings a big picture attitude and an understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction. His ear is always open to the client’s needs as he delivers projects from inception to completion on time and on budget.
Laura De Menezes
Product Development
Laura's mission, in developing Thought Development's products, is to create innovative workgroup software solutions. Laura has been performing systems analysis and solutions development for broadcast and cable entities since Thought Development's initial software development in 1996. Her goal is to support existing solutions and develop future growth of the company's products.
David McMullen
Product Development
With over ten years experience in computer programming with FileMaker and other solutions, including four years programming in the Air Force Weather Agency, David brings a wealth of expertise to TDC's development team. He manages new product feature development, custom FileMaker development, and assists customer support and help desk.
Brett Wilcox
Product Development and Support
Brett has been working with FileMaker since 2001, having developed and managed database systems ranging from contact management, accounting, appointment scheduling and other essential business solutions. This love of technology has also led to the completion of a C++ certification from LAVC, as well as the pursuit of a BA in Computer Science. Brett enjoys staying active in a wide variety of sports and up to date with the latest tech talk and political news.
Carole McLane
Finance
Having owned and operated a business in the entertainment industry for many years, Carole brings real world experience to the internal engine at Thought Development. She wears many hats in keeping the office running smoothly. Outside the office, she and her husband provide a loving rescue home for a dog and two cats.
Jackson Veigel
Information Technology
Jack manages Thought Development's internal systems as well as software and server configuration for client installations. He also aids in product training, customer support, website management and copyrighting. As a recent Cinema Television Arts B.A. graduate, Jack's technical skills are balanced by his creative interests and ambitions within the industry.
Aline Hargrave
Marketing and Sales
Aline brings to our team an international flair and knowledge. Having worked in large corporations in Brazil, she is a spark of energy and creativity for our sales and marketing staff. She attended college for business in Brazil before relocating here to the United States. Aline is very detailed and dedicated in her approach to tasks set before her which translates to a complete and thorough job.
Hellen de Oliveira
Sales ExecutiveHellen
de Oliveira works as Sales Executive to the Brazilian and South
American markets. Hellen is a sales professional with a technical
background. She is a graduate from Universidade Federal Fluminense in
Mathematics, and began her career working as a DBA. In the past 12
years, Hellen worked as a Sales Manager for two major software players
in Brazil: Computer Associates and Microstrategy.
Sarha Bragança
Product DevelopmentSarha brings enthusiasm to the company with her creative talent as a Junior Developer and keen interest in learning all aspects of Thought Development and the entertainment industry. She is attending college at Fluminense Federal University in Brazil, majoring in Computer Sciences.
